Frequently Asked Questions
What happens at a Classically Social event?
Most Classically Social events, regardless of the project line, will feature a classical performance lasting approximately 60 minutes. Selected venues typically open 60 to 90 minutes prior to the start of each performance, and will offer guests the opportunity to purchase drinks or refreshments. These will be available throughout the event, although attendees are kindly requested to refrain from movement during the performance, out of respect for the performer(s).
How are the events funded?
At Classically Social, we are deeply committed to creating events that resonate with our audiences. As such, the funding for each event comes from the support of our incredible community, primarily through ticket sales. With every additional donation, we strive to enhance the quality and experience of our future events.
When will I get my tickets?
When you register for any of our events through our ticketing system, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing event details along with your ticket. This ticket will be scanned upon your arrival at the event.
What happens if an event doesn’t hit its ticketing goal?
In the rare event that the funding goal for an event has not been met one week before the scheduled date, we will either cancel or reschedule the event. All ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the next available event within the same project line.
While we have this contingency in place, we are confident that such a situation will not occur. We greatly value your support and would never disrupt your plans unless absolutely unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances.
Are there any hidden charges?
We understand that processing fees are a part of the ticketing process, but all costs are accounted for within the final pricing on our ticketing pages. While some of our venues or partners may offer tickets through other channels at different rates, when you purchase directly through our ticketing pages on http://www.classically-social.com, you’ll always see the final price, with no additional hidden fees.
Can I get my ticket refunded or rescheduled?
In the rare event of a cancelled performance, you will be notified and offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the next available event within the same project line.
If you choose not to attend the event for which your ticket is valid, refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event date.
Should you wish to transfer your ticket to a different event, we may be able to accommodate your request, subject to availability, though additional charges may apply.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
If an event hasn’t sold out, last-minute tickets may be available for purchase at the door. However, please note that if the event is listed as sold out on our website, no tickets will be available at the door.
Are there age limits for Classically Social events?
Due to the nature of the venues hosting Classically Social events, age limits are in place based on the specific project lines. Project 88 events are strictly for individuals aged 18 and over, with a maximum age limit of 40, as these events are specifically tailored to a younger demographic. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon direct inquiry.
Events within other project lines are open to all ages, although we recommend that children be accompanied by an adult, as alcoholic beverages may be available at some events.
