Ticket purchases are handled by TicketTailor, and payments are processed by Stripe. Both platforms retain personal data related to your purchases, but only temporary access to payment details for transaction purposes. Classically Social has access to this data, but when making payments via Stripe, your payment details are processed securely using encryption technology. We do not store your full payment information on our systems.
When engaging with us over time, we may request additional information, such as artistic experience or special learning needs, to better tailor our services and ensure participant safety. This data may be shared with emergency services in critical situations.
When collecting sensitive data, we always seek your explicit consent, and for minors, consent will be obtained from parents or guardians.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data (without parental or guardian consent) from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete the information as quickly as possible.
