These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) apply to all services and events provided by Classically Social, which is operated by Noah Zhou, an independent contractor. By purchasing tickets, signing up for events, or engaging with any services offered under Classically Social, you (‘Customer’) agree to these Terms.

Classically Social is not a registered company or incorporated entity; it is currently an independent project operated by Noah Zhou. All payments, refunds, and contractual obligations are managed directly by Noah Zhou or an appointed representative.

You acknowledge that all transactions, communications, and disputes related to this Project will be handled directly by Noah Zhou.

Conditions of Sale

  • Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-exchangeable and may not be resold. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for another event or transferred to another individual.
  • Refund Policy: Tickets are refundable only up to 7 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued after this period, except as outlined below. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at info@classically-social.com and we will process this as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Unauthorised Purchases: Classically Social is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised agents. Only tickets bought directly from the official website or authorised sellers are valid.
  • Lost or Stolen Tickets: Classically Social will attempt to replace lost or stolen tickets, but this is not always guaranteed due to venue and event configurations. Please contact us immediately if your ticket is lost.
  • Event Changes: Classically Social reserves the right to modify the event program, performers, or venue without prior notice. We will attempt to notify you of any significant changes, but refunds or compensation will not be issued for such changes.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a refund for the ticket price. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you can request a refund or apply the value to another event. Please note, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling (such as travel or accommodation).
  • Latecomers & Sold-Out Events: Please check ticket availability before traveling to sold-out events. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from third-party sources, as they may be fraudulent. If you arrive without a ticket, entry may be denied.
  • Ticket Limits: Classically Social may impose a limit on the number of tickets you can purchase per order. If this limit is exceeded, the excess tickets may be canceled and refunded without prior notice.
  • Pricing & Discounts: Ticket prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts or special offers cannot be applied retrospectively. In the event of an error in pricing, we will contact you to confirm the corrected price or issue a refund if the order cannot be confirmed at the correct price.
  • Ticket Integrity: Tickets must be presented in their original form and cannot be altered, defaced, or reproduced. Failure to produce a valid ticket may result in entry refusal or removal from the event.

Event Admission

By attending any event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience. These images and recordings may be used for promotional and commercial purposes by Classically Social without compensation or copyright.

  • ID & Security: You may be required to show a valid photo ID and submit to a security search upon entry. Classically Social reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
  • Items Prohibited at Events: We reserve the right to confiscate any items that could disrupt the event or pose a safety risk. This includes glass containers, sharp objects, and large or heavy items. Specialist recording equipment (such as cameras, laptops) is not permitted unless authorised by Classically Social.
  • Latecomers: We will attempt to be accommodating where reasonable, but admission to latecomers is not guaranteed. Please check with the box office for specific policies.
  • Food and Drink: Outside food or drink may not be brought into the venue and may be confiscated upon entry.
  • Pets: Pets are not permitted at events, except for registered assistance animals.
  • Age Restrictions: Certain events may have age restrictions. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the event’s age policy before purchasing tickets. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
  • Safety & Comfort: For the safety and comfort of all attendees, security checks may be conducted, and you may be asked to remove items from your person for inspection. No refunds will be issued if entry is denied due to failure to comply with security checks.
  • Strobe Lighting & Effects: Some events may involve the use of strobe lighting, smoke effects, pyrotechnics, or lasers. Sound levels may also be high, so please exercise caution if you are sensitive to these effects.

Liability

Classically Social is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, except in cases of negligence. You attend events at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you take care of your belongings and follow all safety instructions provided at the venue.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government, Classically Social will not be held liable for event cancellations or delays. If an event is canceled due to force majeure, we will offer a refund or a transfer to another event as appropriate.

Amendments to These Terms

Classically Social reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. By continuing to use our services after any changes are posted, you agree to abide by the revised Terms.
